Return Policy


At The Elwood Sisters Montville, we strive to provide our customers with a positive shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

  • A return request may only be submitted after the item has been physically received by the customer.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs charges, or import duties.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and labels attached.
  • Items may be tried on for fit, but may not be worn beyond this.
  • Returns for items intentionally ordered in multiple sizes or variations with the purpose of partial return are not accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Procedure

  1. To request a return, please contact us at info@theelwoodsisters-montville.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Once your request has been approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier.
  3. The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the full cost of the return shipment.
  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking information, as we are not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and provided it meets our return conditions, the refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Liability

  • The Elwood Sisters Montville is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee changes after this timeframe.
